All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia standard parcel post. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 days, due to the handmade nature of our products dispatch can sometimes be up to 7 days and longer in busy periods such as holidays and the festive season. Australia parcel post endeavour to deliver items within 3-10 business days. This delivery time is additional to the dispatch time.

All International orders are also dispatched using Australian standard parcel post but depending on where they are headed, delivery will vary. Dispatch time will be the same as for domestic orders and is additional to delivery time.

We do not refund items for change of mind so please choose carefully! In the event of a faulty item we will exchange the the item for a new one or one of similar value if the purchased item is no longer available. We will accept returns for exchange on all products except earrings for hygiene reasons but the purchaser will be responsible for all postage costs to and from and the item must be returned in complete saleable condition. 

Tinfoil Collective does not refund for change of mind purchases but will exchange goods depending on stock availability. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and the returned item must be deemed to be in saleable condition for any exchange to go ahead.

 

Flock of Two is happy to offer an exchange or refund on faulty goods, providing the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. Contact us by email if you feel you have received a faulty product and please note that any leather goods have naturally occuring variances in texture and appearance and these are not considered faults.
